Too often we see businesses jump straight from having an idea into the development stage without adequate planning and discussion around options.
We always recommend that clients use our project scoping services as the first step in their journey as this decision will end up saving both time and money as well as ensure the end product is exactly what you envisioned.
Scoping encourages clients to carefully think through all the issues, options, functionality requirements and design considerations before moving into the development phase.
We begin the scoping process by conducting a number of workshops with you and your stakeholders to map out the concept and discuss all the options in terms of technology stack, hosting and development style.
Following the workshop, our team will create wireframes for every view and function. These wireframes effectively map out how the software application can be best structured with a focus on optimisation of the user experience.
Once wireframes are approved, we move into the design phase where we discuss colours, fonts, icons and general branding options. You will be provided with a final set of high resolution photoshop files at the end of this stage.
The final stage involves us presenting a scoping handover document to you which includes a set of final wireframes, photoshop designs, technology stack overview as well as a fixed quote for development.
