Big Leap Digital has been involved in developing and maintaining RosterElf since 2015.

RosterElf is a B2B SaaS platform that is focused on providing a world class management tool for SMEs with flexible workforces. The platform is fully developed with a powerful combination of custom build web software as well as native iOS and Android apps for both smartphones and tablets.

The business model has been a massive success with 1000's of customers all over the globe now using RosterElf to help manage their workforce.

Key Features

Award Interpretation & Payroll Processing
With RosterElf's payroll integration, your modern award rules are automatically applied. You then can import the data directly into your chosen accounting or payroll software. This saves considerable time and minimises any potential data entry errors in one easy process.
Employee Scheduling Apps
RosterElf's iOS and Android mobile apps make it easy to build and update your shift work roster anywhere, anytime. You change a shift time, set your availability, add a new shift, and swap shifts all from your phone. With RosterElf’s push notifications enabled on all mobile devices as well as email, your employees will know when there has been a change.
Live employee attendance updates
With RosterElf’s timesheet software, you can see staff that are on shift, on break or late and at which venue. As the manager, you will have full visibility into when staff start and stop their shift. You can also ensure that employees are taking the right breaks.
Payroll Integration
An integrated payroll system allows managers to access information without duplicate paperwork, files, or processes. When you integrate your payroll solution with your chosen software, you reduce human error, save time on manual tasks, and make processing payroll efficient.
RosterElf integrates with a range of third-party software solutions including Xero, MYOB, Sage and Wage Easy which eliminates the need for manual data entry therefore reducing the chance of potentially costly errors. If you are using an alternate accounting platform RosterElf can also export payroll data to .CSV format which can then be manually imported to most good accounting systems.
