UX

UX stands for User experience (UX) and describes the process of software design that is clearly focused on providing meaningful and relevant experiences to users.

Unlike UI, UX is completely user focused with the core goal of clear understanding the target user and how the software can be structured specifically to provide a simple and seamless experience.

As such, UX designers often come from a wide range of backgrounds outside software development including, visual design, programming, psychology and interaction design.
