GUI

GUI, pronounced as either saying each letter (G-U-I) or as gooey, is short for graphical user interface.

A GUI is a design interface that focuses on icons, menus, avatars or other visual elements to carry out functions such as edit, delete, update, save etc. It has replaced traditional method where text-based user interfaces, typed command labels or text navigation.

GUI can been seen in most modern website, software and applications and have made technology in general more user friendly and beautiful to the eye.
